The Sacramento-based Ponz R Us/Aqua Scapes Company has more pond building experience than any one else in the country! In 1964, the Shidler family began building swimming pools in Southern California, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship and responsive customer service. Years later, they took their business – and their young family – to Sacramento, where they transitioned from building pools to building ponds and water features.

What sold the Shidlers on the pond business?

Unlike pools, Ponz R Us/Aqua Scapes ponds don’t rely on chemicals to keep them clean. Rather, they use a biological filtration system and highly efficient pump, which works parallel with nature.
